Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Piccolino Eggstreme (“the game”) on Android, iPhone and iPad. By installing or playing it you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the game.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game on devices you own or control. On Android this is under the Google Play Terms of Service; on iPhone and iPad it is under Apple’s Media Services Terms and Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If those store terms conflict with these, the store’s terms win as to the store.
Who can play
The game is intended for people aged 13 and over. If the age at which you may make purchases or consent to data processing is higher where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Free to play, ads and purchases
- The game is free. It shows optional rewarded ads and occasional ads between levels, and offers optional in-app purchases.
- “No Ads” removes the ads between levels permanently; rewarded ads stay optional. The Farm Club subscription also removes them while it is active.
- Prices are shown in the store in your local currency before you buy. In US dollars: gem packs from US$0.99 to US$99.99, Starter Pack US$2.99, No Ads US$3.99, Extra Incubator US$1.99, Piggy Bank US$2.99, each world expansion US$2.99 (all three US$6.99), Robo Bundle US$4.99, Royal Bundle US$9.99, Golden Pass US$7.99 and Farm Club US$4.99 per month.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple account. We never see your payment details.
- Gems, Piggy Bank and the Golden Pass are consumed in the game and are not restored. The Golden Pass unlocks the premium reward track for the current season only; each new season has its own pass.
- One-time unlocks (No Ads, world expansions, Extra Incubator, and the characters, baskets and permanent unlocks in bundles) can be restored on the same store account with Settings → Restore purchases. Currency, eggs and other consumable contents of a bundle are delivered once and are not restored.
Farm Club subscription
Farm Club costs US$4.99 per month (or the local price shown in the store) and gives unlimited lives, 25 gems every day, +50% coins and no ads while it is active. It renews automatically every month until you cancel. To cancel on Android, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Piccolino Eggstreme; on iPhone and iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month. After cancelling you keep the benefits until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Google or Apple, who handle refunds under their own policies: on Android through Google Play’s refund process, on iPhone and iPad through reportaproblem.apple.com. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, digital content delivered immediately may no longer be eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has started, as shown to you when you buy; your other consumer rights are not affected. If something you paid for was not delivered, email us and we will help.
Random rewards and drop rates
The game contains random rewards. We show the exact drop rates inside the game before you spend anything: every offer that sells or contains a Mystery Egg has an “Odds” link, the incubator has a “Drop rates” button, and the Lucky Wheel has an “Odds” link. Mystery Eggs: which hen hatches
Each egg hatches one hen. The chance is for the rarity; within a rarity every hen can drop, and hens you do not own yet are 2.2 times as likely. A duplicate hen gives feathers instead. Each egg also contains coins, gems and boosters in the ranges below.

Lucky Wheel
Every spin, whether free, after an ad or with gems, uses the same chances. If “Full lives” comes up while your lives are already full, it pays 300 coins instead.

If the game is updated and these figures change, the in-game odds screens always show the current figures, and this page will be updated. Virtual items and currency have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not redeemable for money.
Your progress
Your progress is stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy). We have no account for you and cannot recover a lost save, so use Settings → Backup / transfer save to keep a copy of the code. Resetting your progress or uninstalling the game deletes it. One-time purchases can be restored from your store account, but virtual currency you already spent cannot.
Acceptable use
Play fairly: don’t use cheats, modified versions or automation to gain rewards, and don’t use the game in a way that breaks the law or violates anyone’s rights. Don’t copy, resell or redistribute the game, and don’t reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows. The game builds on the original Piccolino (TetraEgg, 2015).
Availability and changes
We may update the game, change or retire features, prices and offers, and update these terms; the current version is always on this page, with its date. You can stop at any time by deleting the game.
No warranty and limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or for lost progress. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
