Piccolino Eggstreme
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Piccolino Eggstreme (“the game”) is a free-to-play arcade game for Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what the game does with data. In short: there is no account, your progress stays on your device (and in your own iCloud or Google account if you use Game Center or Google Play Games), and the only data that leaves it is what Google’s advertising, analytics and billing services need, with the choices described below.
Who we are
The Android version is published on Google Play by Delegas Labs, S.L. (Madrid, Spain). The iPhone and iPad version is published on the App Store by Agustin Aguilar. Both are developed by the same people and follow this policy. Contact: agustin@delegas.com.
No account, no server of ours
You do not create an account, and we do not run a game server that receives your progress. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera or precise location, and the game does not request those permissions.
- The game works offline. Your progress, settings and purchase records are stored on your device, in the app’s private storage.
- Save transfer. Settings → Backup / transfer save shows a text code that contains your game progress. The game copies it to the clipboard only when you tap “Copy code” (it never reads your clipboard), and it is up to you who you share it with. Importing a code replaces the progress on that device.
- Device backups. If your phone’s own backup service is on (for example Android’s backup to your Google account, or iCloud on iPhone), it may include the game’s saved data, under that service’s terms.
- Reminders. If you choose “Enable reminders” and allow notifications, the game schedules notifications on the device itself. Nothing about them is sent to us.
Ads
The game shows optional rewarded ads (you choose to watch one for a reward) and occasional ads between levels, using Google AdMob. You can remove the between-level ads with the “No Ads” purchase or Farm Club; rewarded ads always stay optional.
- Family-friendly. The game asks AdMob only for ads suitable for a general audience (the “G” content rating).
- Android: personalized as your choices allow. The Android app lets Google use your device’s advertising ID to show and measure personalized ads, together with Android’s privacy-preserving ad features where your device offers them. Where the law requires it, this follows your answer in Google’s consent form, and you can always delete or reset the advertising ID in Android’s settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads); without it, ads are not personalized with that ID. Declining never affects the game.
- iPhone and iPad: only if you allow tracking. The first time an ad is about to play, iOS asks whether Piccolino may track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency). Only if you choose “Allow” may Google use your device’s advertising identifier to show and measure personalized ads; if you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, the game asks AdMob for non-personalized ads and the advertising identifier stays unavailable. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and declining never affects the game.
- What Google may still receive. To deliver, measure and protect ads, Google may process your IP address (which can indicate your approximate location), device and app information and identifiers (including the advertising ID when your choices allow it), ad views and interactions, and crash and performance data. Google handles this under Google’s Privacy Policy; see also how Google uses information in advertising.
- Your consent choices. Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), Google’s User Messaging Platform shows a consent form before any ad is requested. You can review or change that choice later under Settings → Ad privacy choices, which appears whenever the form applies to you. Refusing ad consent never stops you from playing.
Optional play statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase)
The game sends anonymous play statistics through Google Analytics for Firebase so we can understand how people play and tune levels, controls and performance. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland (and when the game cannot tell where you are), this is off until you say yes. The first time you reach the home screen the game asks “Help improve Piccolino?” with “Share statistics” or “No thanks”, and a “no” is remembered. In other countries statistics start on and you can switch them off at any time. Everywhere you can change your mind in Settings → Share play statistics, and declining never blocks the game. (Earlier versions asked everyone first; if you answered, your answer is kept.)
While statistics are on, the events describe how you play: when you open and leave the game and for how long, levels started, completed, failed or quit (with the level, score, stars, time and the cause of a loss), bosses and Egg Run stages, continues, perks you pick, the control mode you use and changes to it, menus and shop screens you open, coins and gems earned and what they were spent on, mystery egg hatches and the rarity that came out, daily gifts, quests, wheel spins and achievements, which products you looked at, started to buy or bought (with the price and currency the store charged) and the outcome of a purchase or restore, ad offers and their outcomes, settings you change, and frame timing. A few simple summary labels about your progress go with them: your player level, how far you have got, a rough star and gem band, how long you have been playing, the language, the control mode, and yes/no labels for whether you have made a purchase, have an active Farm Club subscription, play without ads or have the Golden Pass. The game sends only events and fields from a fixed list; it does not send your name, email address, save-transfer code, full save, receipts, transaction IDs, touch positions, precise location or anything you type.
As with any app that uses Google Analytics for Firebase, Google also receives standard technical data: the app version, the operating system and device model, language, an approximate region derived from the IP address, and a random app-instance identifier that is not linked to who you are. The game turns off the collection of advertising identifiers and device identifiers by Analytics, and turns off ad storage, ad personalization and ad user-data sharing for Analytics. Google processes this data as our service provider; see Firebase privacy and security.
Withdrawing consent. Turning the switch off stops collection immediately and resets the analytics identifier on your device. Resetting your progress also withdraws consent first (in countries where statistics start on, a fresh start begins with them on again). Data Google has already processed is not deleted retroactively, but it is not linked to you, and it is kept only for the retention period set in Google Analytics, at most 14 months.
Game Center, Google Play Games and nearby multiplayer
If you are signed in to Game Center (iPhone and iPad) or Google Play Games (Android), the game reports achievements and leaderboard scores to that service, shows your rank among all players and your friends, and can keep a copy of your progress in your iCloud or Google account so it can follow you to another device. These services show your player name and scores to other players under Apple’s or Google’s own privacy policies and settings; we do not receive your account details. Multiplayer works only on the same device or between devices on the same Wi-Fi or hotspot; the game finds nearby games on the local network (iOS asks your permission first), shares only the player names and game moves needed to play, and sends nothing to us.
Purchases and subscriptions
The game is free. Optional purchases (gem packs, bundles, world expansions, “No Ads”, an extra incubator, the Golden Pass and the Farm Club subscription) are processed by Google Play on Android and by Apple on iPhone and iPad, under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your card or bank details, your name or your store account. The game receives only the product identifier, an order or transaction reference and, for Farm Club, the subscription expiry date, which it needs to deliver and restore what you bought. These records are kept on your device.
Random rewards and drop rates
Some things in the game are random: Mystery Eggs hatch in the incubator into a hen, coins, gems and boosters, and the Lucky Wheel gives a random prize. Mystery Eggs can be found in play, bought with gems, or included in a bundle such as the Starter Pack. Before you spend anything on one, the game shows its exact drop rates: every offer that sells or contains a Mystery Egg has an “Odds” link, the incubator has a “Drop rates” button, and the Lucky Wheel has an “Odds” link. The figures are also listed in our Terms of Use.
Why we process data (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
- Analytics: your consent, given in the game (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR); it is asked before anything is collected. You can withdraw it at any time as described above.
- Ads: your consent through Google’s consent form where it is required; otherwise Google’s own legal bases apply to its ad processing.
- Purchases: performing our contract with you (delivering what you bought), handled with Google or Apple as the payment provider.
Google may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States, under the safeguards described in its policies.
Your rights and choices
You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time; you can also complain to your data-protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es). We hold no account or profile for you, and analytics uses a random identifier that we cannot tie to a person, so in most cases there is nothing we could look up. The in-game controls are the most direct way to act: the analytics switch, Ad privacy choices, Reset progress, and deleting the app. You can also write to us at agustin@delegas.com.
Keeping and deleting data
- On your device: Settings → Reset progress deletes the saved game (purchases can be restored). Uninstalling the app removes its data from the device; Android may ask whether to keep the app’s data when you uninstall, and device backups may keep a copy until you delete them.
- Analytics: if you ever agreed, turning the switch off resets the identifier; Google keeps events for the retention period set in Google Analytics (at most 14 months).
- Purchases and ads: your purchase history and subscriptions are managed in your Google Play or Apple account; ad data is held by Google under its policy.
- Email: if you email us we keep the message for as long as needed to answer it, and delete it afterwards unless the law requires otherwise.
Android permissions
The Android app asks for: internet access and network state (ads, analytics and Google Play billing), vibration (haptic feedback, which you can switch off in Settings), notifications (optional reminders; Android asks you first), a wake lock (so a scheduled reminder can be delivered while the phone is idle), Wi-Fi state and multicast (to find nearby multiplayer games on the same Wi-Fi), the advertising ID (personalized ads, as described above), and Google Play billing. It keeps the screen on while you play, which needs no permission. It does not ask for contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, files, phone or SMS permissions. Google’s ads and analytics libraries add a few standard permissions of their own (for example the Google Play install referrer and Android’s ad-services attribution and topics).
Children
Piccolino Eggstreme is intended for people aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Where the age at which a person can consent to data processing is higher than 13 in your country, younger players need the permission of a parent or guardian before agreeing to the analytics or ad consent prompts or making a purchase. If you believe a child under 13 has used the game and consented to anything, tell us and we will help remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date, and the game will ask again where a new consent is required.
