Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Piccolino Pop! (“the game”) on iPhone, iPad and Android. By installing or playing it you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the game.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game on devices you own or control. On iPhone and iPad this is under Apple’s Media Services Terms and Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; on Android it is under the Google Play Terms of Service. If those store terms conflict with these, the store’s terms win as to the store.
Who can play
The game is intended for people aged 13 and over. If the age at which you may make purchases or consent to data processing is higher where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Free to play, ads and purchases
- The game is free. It shows optional rewarded ads and occasional ads between levels, and offers optional in-app purchases. The ten core worlds are free; three expansion worlds can be bought or played with Farm Club.
- “No Ads” removes the ads between levels permanently; rewarded ads stay optional. Farm Club also removes them while it is active, and players who have made any purchase don’t see ads between levels.
- Prices are shown in the store in your local currency before you buy. In US dollars: gem packs from US$0.99 to US$99.99, Starter Basket US$1.99, No Ads US$3.99, Piggy Bank US$2.99, Golden Pass US$6.99, each world expansion US$2.99 (all three US$5.99), Booster Crate US$4.99, Hen Lover Bundle US$9.99, Royal Coop US$19.99, and special offers from US$0.99 to US$49.99. Farm Club is described below.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google Play account. We never see your payment details.
- Gems, the Piggy Bank, bundles, special offers and the Golden Pass are consumed in the game and are not restored. The Golden Pass unlocks the golden reward track for the current season only; each new season has its own pass.
- One-time unlocks (No Ads and world expansions) can be restored on the same store account with Settings → Restore purchases. The Starter Basket can be bought once; its gems, coins, eggs, boosters and lives are delivered once and are not restored.
Farm Club subscription
Farm Club is available weekly (US$1.99), monthly (US$5.99, starting with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers) or yearly (US$39.99), or the local price shown in the store. While it is active it gives unlimited lives, no ads between levels, every expansion world, a third hen slot, 20 gems every day, +50% coins and pass XP, and the royal outfit. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel; after a free trial the first paid period is charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. To cancel on iPhone and iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Piccolino Pop!. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. After cancelling you keep the benefits until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, who handle refunds under their own policies: on iPhone and iPad through reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android through Google Play’s refund process. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, digital content delivered immediately may no longer be eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has started, as shown to you when you buy; your other consumer rights are not affected. If something you paid for was not delivered, email us and we will help.
Random rewards and odds
The game contains random rewards. We show the exact odds inside the game before you spend anything: the Hatchery shows them on every egg, and every real-money offer that contains a Hatchery egg (Starter Basket: a Fancy Egg; Hen Lover Bundle, Royal Coop and Emperor’s Coop: a Golden Egg; the Golden Pass track: Fancy and Golden Eggs) has an “Odds” link next to its price. Hatchery eggs: which hen hatches
Each egg hatches one hen. The chance is for the rarity. Within a rarity, half of the time the hen is picked among the hens of that rarity you don’t own yet (when there are any), otherwise among all hens of that rarity; every hen in the pool is equally likely. Secret, season-pass and event hens never hatch. A duplicate hen gives feathers instead (common 2, rare 4, epic 10, legendary 25), which level hens up.

Legendary guarantee. Fancy and Golden Eggs share a counter: if 34 of them in a row hatch without a Legendary hen, the 35th is a Legendary. The Hatchery shows how many hatches are left.
Lucky Wheel
The Lucky Wheel gives one free spin a day and up to three more a day after a rewarded ad; it can’t be bought. Every spin uses the same chances.

If the game is updated and these figures change, the in-game odds screens always show the current figures, and this page will be updated. Virtual items and currency have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not redeemable for money.
Your progress
Your progress is stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy), and in your iCloud or Google account if you use Game Center or Google Play Games cloud saves. We have no account for you and cannot recover a lost save, so use Game Center or Play Games, or Settings → Copy transfer code, to keep a copy. Resetting your progress or uninstalling the game deletes the copy on that device. One-time purchases can be restored from your store account, but virtual currency you already spent cannot.
Acceptable use
Play fairly: don’t use cheats, modified versions or automation to gain rewards or leaderboard places, and don’t use the game in a way that breaks the law or violates anyone’s rights. Don’t copy, resell or redistribute the game, and don’t reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows. We may remove scores that are clearly not achieved through normal play. The game builds on the original Piccolino (TetraEgg, 2015).
Availability and changes
We may update the game, change or retire features, prices, offers and live events, and update these terms; the current version is always on this page, with its date. You can stop at any time by deleting the game.
No warranty and limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or for lost progress. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
