Eggrun

Terms of Use

Last updated: 5 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of Eggrun (“the game”, listed on the App Store as Eggrun: Piccolino Runner) on iPhone, iPad and Android. By installing or playing it you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the game.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game on devices you own or control. On iPhone and iPad this is under Apple’s Media Services Terms and Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; on Android it is under the Google Play Terms of Service. If those store terms conflict with these, the store’s terms win as to the store.

Who can play

The game is intended for people aged 13 and over. If the age at which you may make purchases or consent to data processing is higher where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

Free to play, ads and purchases

Egg Club subscription

Egg Club costs US$4.99 per month (or the local price shown in the store) and, while it is active, gives: no ads between levels; the rewards of rewarded-ad offers without watching an ad; 25 gems every day, claimed in the game; and +50% coins from runs. It renews automatically every month until you cancel. To cancel on iPhone and iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Eggrun; on Android, open Google Play → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Eggrun. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next month. After cancelling you keep the benefits until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the game does not cancel a subscription. Apple and Google manage the subscription, its renewals and cancellation.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, who handle refunds under their own policies: on iPhone and iPad through reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android through Google Play’s refund process. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, digital content delivered immediately may no longer be eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has started, as shown to you when you buy; your other consumer rights are not affected. If something you paid for was not delivered, email us and we will help.

Random rewards and drop rates

The game contains random rewards. We show the exact drop rates inside the game: the incubator in the Coop has an Odds button (the “i” next to your egg count) with a tab for each kind of Mystery Egg, and the Lucky Wheel has an Odds button next to the spin button. You can open them at any time before spending anything. The same figures, as of this version of the game:

Mystery Eggs: what hatches

Each egg hatches one main drop: a hen, a cosmetic (a hat, basket, egg skin or trail), feathers, coins or gems. The chances below combine the kind of drop with its rarity; the in-game screen shows the same figures in two steps (the kind of drop, then the rarity of a hen or cosmetic, in the next two tables).

There are no epic hens. Within a rarity every hen or cosmetic that can hatch is possible, and ones you do not own yet are 2.2 times as likely as ones you already own. A duplicate hen turns into feathers (10 for a common, 20 for a rare and 60 for a legendary hen) and a duplicate cosmetic into coins (150, 500, 1,200 or 3,000 by rarity). Lucky streak: if nine hatches in a row gave no hen or cosmetic of rare rarity or better, the tenth is guaranteed to: if its normal draw is not rare or better, the game draws again, a hen (70%) or a cosmetic (30%) with the rarity chances above limited to rare and better. The incubator shows how many hatches are left until the guarantee.

Every amount in a range is equally likely, and the Coin Doubler doubles the coins. A Mystery Egg found during a run is a Common, Rare or Epic Egg with chances of 80%, 18% and 2% in world 1, changing evenly to 40%, 45% and 15% in world 15.

Lucky Wheel

You get one free spin a day and up to two more after watching a rewarded ad (Egg Club members skip the ad); spins never cost gems or money. Every spin uses the same chances. The wheel has twelve segments; prizes that appear on more than one segment are added together below. The game rounds these figures to one decimal. The Coin Doubler doubles coin prizes.

Letter Chest

Collecting the six letters E-G-G-R-U-N in runs opens the free daily Letter Chest: 400 coins, 3 gems and 15 feathers, plus one bonus with these chances: a Common Egg 50%, a Head Start and a Lucky Start 25%, a Rare Egg 18%, 10 gems 7%.

If the game is updated and these figures change, the in-game odds screens always show the current figures, and this page will be updated. Virtual items and currency (coins, gems, feathers, eggs and boosters) have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not redeemable for money.

Your progress

Your progress is stored on your device and, if you sign in to Game Center or Google Play Games, in your own iCloud or Google account (see the Privacy Policy). We have no account for you and cannot recover a lost save, so use Settings → Transfer code or a cloud save to keep a copy. Resetting your progress or uninstalling the game deletes the copy on the device. One-time purchases and an active Egg Club subscription can be restored from your store account, but virtual currency you already spent cannot.

Acceptable use

Play fairly: don’t use cheats, modified versions or automation to gain rewards or leaderboard places, and don’t use the game in a way that breaks the law or violates anyone’s rights. Don’t copy, resell or redistribute the game, and don’t reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows. Eggrun is a Piccolino-universe game; the original Piccolino is by TetraEgg.

Availability and changes

We may update the game, change or retire features, prices and offers, and update these terms; the current version is always on this page, with its date. You can stop at any time by deleting the game (and cancelling Egg Club in your store account, if you subscribed).

No warranty and limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or for lost progress. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
