Eggrun

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

Eggrun (“the game”, listed on the App Store as Eggrun: Piccolino Runner) is a free-to-play 3D runner for iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets. This policy explains what the game does with data. In short: there is no account, your progress stays on your device (and in your own iCloud or Google account if you use Game Center or Google Play Games), and the only data that leaves it is what Apple’s and Google’s gaming, advertising, analytics and billing services need, with the choices described below.

Who we are

The Android version is published on Google Play by Delegas Labs, S.L. (NIF B27530849, Paseo de la Castellana 257, 28046 Madrid, Spain). The iPhone and iPad version is published on the App Store by Agustin Aguilar, under the same developer account, until its conversion to an organization account for Delegas Labs, S.L. is complete. Both are developed by the same people and follow this policy. Contact: agustin@delegas.com.

No account, no server of ours

You do not create an account, and we do not run a game server that receives your progress. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera or precise location, and the game does not request those permissions. There is no chat and no multiplayer.

Game Center and Google Play Games

On iPhone and iPad the game can use Apple Game Center, and on Android Google Play Games. Signing in is optional, happens in Apple’s or Google’s own screens, and the game is fully playable without it. While you are signed in, the game reports your achievements and leaderboard scores (for example Endless and Daily Dash scores, stars and your biggest gang) to that service, shows your rank among all players and, only if you allow access to your friends list, among your friends, and keeps a copy of your progress in your iCloud account (Game Center saved games) or your Google account (Play Games Saved Games) so it can follow you to another device. That copy leaves out your purchase records, device settings and your play-statistics choice. If both copies changed since they last matched, the game asks which one to keep; otherwise it follows the newer one.

Apple and Google show your player name, achievements and scores to other players according to your Game Center or Play Games settings, under their own privacy policies. Your player name and identifier are used on your device to show rankings and to keep one account’s save apart from another’s; we do not receive your account details or your cloud save. There is no multiplayer and no chat.

Ads

The game shows optional rewarded ads (you choose to watch one for a revive, triple coins after a level, an extra Lucky Wheel spin or 30 minutes off an incubator timer) and occasional ads between levels, using Google AdMob. Ads between levels appear only after at least ten minutes of play and three levels won, with at least three more levels won between one and the next. The “No Ads” purchase and an active Egg Club subscription remove them, and so does any other real-money purchase; rewarded ads always stay optional (Egg Club members get those rewards without watching an ad).

Play statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

The iPhone, iPad and Android apps can send play statistics through Google Analytics for Firebase so we can understand how people play and tune levels, difficulty and performance. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland (and when the game cannot tell which country the device is in), nothing is collected unless you switch on Settings → Share play statistics. The game does not ask with a pop-up; the switch starts off. In other countries statistics start on, and you can switch them off at any time with the same switch. Declining never blocks the game. To pick the starting setting, the game reads the device’s region setting (on Android, if that is missing, the country of the SIM card or mobile network); it does not use location permissions.

While statistics are on, the events describe how you play: when you open and leave the game and for how long; campaign levels, Endless runs and Daily Dash runs started, won, failed or quit (with the level, how far you got, the eggs collected and delivered, stars, time, score, distance, revives and the cause of a crash); boss fights; revive offers and your answer; the tutorial and gesture hints you are shown; features and worlds unlocked; player-level ups, achievements, daily missions, Egg Pass tiers, the login calendar, Lucky Wheel spins, letters and chests; the screens and popups you open; the runners, cosmetics, hens and boosters you pick, unlock or upgrade; coins, gems and feathers earned and what they were spent on; Mystery Egg results (the egg, what hatched, its rarity and whether it was a duplicate), incubator skips and opening the odds screens; shop tabs and products you looked at, started to buy or bought (with the price and currency the store charged) and the outcome of a purchase or restore; Egg Club renewals, daily gem claims and rewards taken without an ad; ad offers and their outcomes; settings you change; use of the transfer code (never the code itself); Game Center or Play Games sign-in and cloud-save outcomes (no player IDs); error codes; and frame timing and graphics quality. A few simple summary labels about your progress go with them: your player level, furthest world, bands for levels cleared, stars, coins and gems, bosses beaten, whether Endless is unlocked, how many hens and runners you own, your runner, the language, the graphics and battery-saver settings, login-day and Daily Dash streak bands, how many days since you started, whether you are signed in to Game Center or Play Games, yes/no labels for whether you have made a purchase (and a band for how many), have No Ads, the Coin Doubler, this season’s Golden Pass or an active Egg Club subscription, and whether the build is a test or a store build. The game sends only events and fields from a fixed list; it does not send your name, email address, Game Center or Play Games identity, transfer code, full save, receipts, transaction IDs, touch positions, error messages, precise location or anything you type.

As with any app that uses Google Analytics for Firebase, Google also receives standard technical data: the app version, the operating system and device model, language, an approximate region derived from the IP address, and a random app-instance identifier that is not linked to who you are. Analytics itself does not collect advertising identifiers: the game turns off the collection of advertising identifiers (and of Android’s device identifier) by Analytics, and turns off ad storage, ad personalization and ad user-data sharing for Analytics. Google processes this data as our service provider; see Firebase privacy and security.

Changing your mind. Turning the switch off stops collection immediately and resets the analytics identifier on your device. Resetting your progress also turns it off first (in countries where statistics start on, a fresh start begins with them on again). Your choice belongs to the device: a transfer code or a cloud save never carries it to another device. Data Google has already processed is not deleted retroactively, but it is not linked to you, and it is kept only for the retention period set in Google Analytics, at most 14 months.

Purchases and subscriptions

The game is free. Optional purchases (gem packs, the Starter Pack, No Ads, the Coin Doubler, the Golden Pass for the current Egg Pass season, rotating cosmetic bundles and the Egg Club monthly subscription) are processed by Apple on iPhone and iPad and by Google Play on Android, under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your card or bank details, your name or your store account. The game receives only the product identifier, a transaction or order reference and, for Egg Club, the subscription expiry date, which it needs to deliver and restore what you bought. These records are kept on your device. Apple or Google manage the subscription itself, including renewals and cancellation.

Random rewards and drop rates

Some things in the game are random: Mystery Eggs hatch in the Coop’s incubator into a hen, a cosmetic, feathers, coins or gems, the Lucky Wheel gives a random prize, and the daily Letter Chest adds a random bonus. Mystery Eggs can be found in runs, earned as rewards, bought with coins or gems in the Shop, or included in the Royal Coop bundle and on the Egg Pass tracks. The game shows their exact drop rates: the incubator in the Coop has an Odds button (the “i” next to your egg count) with the chances for each kind of egg, and the Lucky Wheel has an Odds button next to the spin button; you can open them at any time before spending anything. The figures are also listed in our Terms of Use.

Why we process data (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

Google and Apple may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States, under the safeguards described in their policies.

Your rights and choices

You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time; you can also complain to your data-protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es). We hold no account or profile for you, and analytics uses a random identifier that we cannot tie to a person, so in most cases there is nothing we could look up. The in-game controls are the most direct way to act: the Share play statistics switch, Ad privacy choices, the iOS tracking setting, Reset progress, and deleting the app. You can also write to us at agustin@delegas.com.

Keeping and deleting data

Android permissions

The Android app asks for: internet access and network state (ads, analytics, Google Play billing and Play Games), vibration (haptic feedback, which you can switch off in Settings → Vibration), notifications (optional reminders; Android asks you first), Google Play billing, and the advertising ID (used by Google’s ads SDK as described under Ads). Reminders use Android’s ordinary alarm service and need no extra permission, and keeping the screen on while you play needs none either. Google’s libraries add a few standard permissions of their own: the Google Play install referrer (read by Firebase Analytics, only while statistics are on), Android’s ad-services attribution (ad measurement), and a wake lock and foreground service for Google Play services’ background work. The app does not ask for contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, files, phone or SMS permissions.

Children

Eggrun is intended for people aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Where the age at which a person can consent to data processing is higher than 13 in your country, younger players need the permission of a parent or guardian before turning on play statistics, allowing tracking, agreeing to the ad consent form or making a purchase. If you believe a child under 13 has used the game and consented to anything, tell us and we will help remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date, and the game will ask again where a new consent is required. The Privacy entry in the game’s Settings shows the same policy.
